If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at email@example.com. Include photos of the incorrect item. We will work with you to promptly replace the item with the correct product or provide a full refund.
For any inquiries about shipping delays or delivery updates, please reach out to USPS directly. We are unable to provide tracking information once the package leaves our facility aside from the tracking number provided with your order. USPS has the most up-to-date details on your order's transit status.
In the rare case a package is lost during shipping, we regret that we are presently unable to replace or refund such orders. We appreciate your understanding as a small business with limited resources. Please reach out to USPS for all shipping delay related questions.
You may request order cancellations or changes at any time before your item has shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or altered. Please contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel to ensure we can make updates before fulfillment.

However, if your order has already shipped to the original address provided, we unfortunately cannot redirect or intercept the package. In that case, your best option is to contact the shipping carrier to see if they can return-to-sender and re-ship the order. Please be EXTRA careful when inputting your shipping address!
